Every property in one list
Address, floor area, number of rooms and rent for each unit. A new property takes a couple of minutes to add.
Lease templates
Set a template up once and build leases from it. Term, deposit and invoicing date fill themselves in.
Invoices and payments
Invoices raised automatically on the date you choose, with or without VAT, and a clear view of what is paid and what is not.
